Design and project management of a petrol filling station at a flagship site

We were approached by Phillips 66 to design and project manage the redevelopment of an existing petrol filling station with HGV facility at a flagship site.

This development included designing and overseeing the construction of the petrol filling station. After receiving planning permission in August 2020, our team worked with the principal contractor (Toureen Retail) to complete the project by October 2021.
As part of the development a new diverging lane was formed off the A160 to ease congestion which was being created by the existing forecourt.

We’re delighted to say that Jet Refinery Service Station recently won a Forecourt Trader of the Year Award (2022) – Northern England over 4mlpa.
