We were approached by BP to design a new petrol filling station with M&S convenience store, 3 pump forecourt, significant customer parking and EV charging facilities.
This development included acting as lead designer for the whole project, from planning and pre-construction through to completion. Planning approval was secured at appeal, and due to flood risk in the area the building finished floor level was raised around 1m above existing ground level.
