Design and project management of a single-phase development
We were approached by Brookfield Group to design and project manage a new roadside and retail development.
This single-phase development included designing and overseeing the construction of the petrol filling station and a Costa Coffee café. After receiving planning permission in March 2021, our team worked with the principal contractor (Broham Forecourt Developments) to complete the project by October 2021.
The combined internal building area totals over 5500 square feet and is supported by almost 50 parking spaces. We also obtained planning approval for a 6-bay EV charging area to be installed in 2022.
