And because of our expertise in this area, our involvement doesn’t have to stop at the design stage. We can project manage the entire build, call on our trusted construction contacts to bring our designs to life, and oversee each development phase until completion.

It’s good to have a niche, and ours has served us brilliantly, but creating incredible-looking, multi-purpose roadside and retail spaces is not all we do.
We’ve been providing architectural services for over four decades, so as you can imagine, our experience is varied.

When Neil Jennings started the company over forty years ago, he had no idea what it would become. Along with his long-term business partner, Peter Stanworth, he has established an excellent reputation in the commercial development industry.
With Neil’s son, Harvey, coming on board as a director, the company has been able to retain its core family values while growing in capability. With two generations of the Jennings family heading up a team of agile, flexible and incredibly experienced consultants and employees, we have the capability to deliver projects of any size and complexity.
Most of our team members have been with us for five years or more, showing it’s not just our clients who want to stay with us – it’s our people too.
We are committed to sustainability
This may sound odd for a company that works predominantly in roadside services designing spaces where fuel continuously flows. But like most responsible businesses, we work hard to offset our footprint with green initiatives.
While electric vehicles aren’t yet dominant, the move toward them in recent years has been dramatic, and the growth potential is huge. To get ready for the shift, all our new roadside and retail builds include EV charging points as standard. We also source materials from reputable, sustainable companies wherever possible.
By keeping our team agile and bringing in trusted partners when we need to scale, we can keep our footprint down. Smaller office, fewer company vehicles and no wasted resources.
